No they are not. The .is often locked before stated business hours from the 24th of every month thru the 10th. They do not fix items on client requests for repair. And they have unclean water for drinking and bathing. some of the buildings have sewerage in their basements. They failed to comply with the ADA laws for a disabled tenant. They then went on to ruin the tenants credit. These people need to be sued they are a major apartment complex and I have seen public housing agencies that are run better then this.
